The Knitted Garments Factories use ultra-modern machines such as automatic Placket cutting–sewing (center plaid of Polo Shirt) and fusing press for the interlining, computerized lock stitched, button stitched and flat lock and over-lock machines capable of delivering latest fashions in Golf shirts, Polo shirts and the casual wear.         The patterns are designed using CAD machines from Gerber Garment Technology, USA( GGT) and then are plotted also using GGT plotters. The fabric is spread into layers using GGT fully Automatic Spreaders after which they are cut by Straight Knife and Band knife cutter from Eastman and Wasterma and the piping is cut by Automatic Collaret cutter from Ngaishing. The automatic Fusing Machine from Hashima makes collars and placket with fusible interlining. It is the corporate policy not to employ child labor in any operations.
