Mrs. Ryna Zaiwalla Karani - Independent Women Director
She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and Member of the Bombay Bar Association. She has been practicing as a lawyer since 1994. Prior to joining ALMT Legal in November 2006 Mrs. Ryna Zaiwalla Karani was a partner at another law firm in Mumbai. Her practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and investment funds on a full range of corporate transactions including cross border transactions. She has advised and assisted a number of foreign clients in establishing a presence in India through incorporations of companies and/or establishment of branch/liaison offices.

P. D. Patodia has vast experience spanning over four decades in the Textiles Industry and Exports. He has spear-headed Export Promotion Organisations like The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL), The Federation of Indian Exports Organisation (FIEO) and The Confederation of Indian Textile Industries (CITI) to name a few. He has led many Trade Delegations to importing countries and has contributed richly towards establishing India as a reliable supplier for Textiles. During his career, Shri P. D. Patodia has also served as Chairman of The Cotton Association of India (A Cotton Trade Body) an Apex Body of the cotton stake holders in the Country.

He is a Committee Member of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and is serving as Chairman of the Standing Committee on Cotton of The Cotton Development Research Association (CITI-CDRA).

  • As Chairman of TEXPROCIL, he has piloted the Indian textile industry into the international arena.
  • He has been instrumental in bringing about qualitative and quantitative changes in the textile industry. Over the years, he has taken a lead in bringing about development of infrastructural facilities.
  • As Chairman of FIEO, he established Technology upgradation in Exporting Units to take firm roots and in making Textile Exports from the Country cost-effective.
  • He has taken many measures to make exporting of textiles more cost-effective.
  • He has served as PSAP (Private Sector Advisory Panel) Member representing the Government of India. This is an Advisory Committee to the ICAC, on Cotton Development, BT Cotton Growth, Crop Standardization and Interaction, and represents 42 countries.

Mr. Manojj Kumar Patodia – Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Prime Urban Development India Ltd

Manojj Kumar Patodia has immense experience in the fields of corporate management and exports, spanning over two decades. He has played a key role in the successful establishment of a wide market for the Cotton Yarns division and all other products of the Company.

Manojj Kumar Patodia is directly involved with the day-to-day business decisions of the Prime Urban Group for Real Estate and Textiles.

Anujj K. Patodia

Anujj Kumar Patodia – Managing Director

Mr.Anujj Kumar Patodia has over 15 years of experience in the fields of Apparel and Real Estate Development. Over the years, he has contributed invaluably to the Company in the areas of land development and promotions, and corporate management. He has ground-level work-experience with PRIME URBAN Projects in Tirupur.

Anujj Patodia currently looks after the Real Estate Division of the Company. He is an active member of Infrastructure Panel of CII, Tamil Nadu, and the Mumbai Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO).

N.K. Bafna

N.K. Bafna – Independent, Non-Executive Director

N.K. Bafna is currently a Member of the Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Investor Grievance Committee of Prime Urban Development India Limited. He is Senior Partner of M/s Lodha & Co, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai. N.K. Bafna is also a member of The Direct Taxes Committee and Company Law & Allied Subjects Committee of The Indian Merchants’ Chamber.

He is a Gold Medalist of the Management Accountancy Degree. Mr Bafna serves on the Boards of many companies of very high repute.
